Diesel Truck Technician Program
Graduates of this program will be qualified to repair and maintain trucks, buses, tractors, and heavy equipment. Students will learn to use hand tools as well as computer diagnositcs.
Admission Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred. Students may attend classes during the course to obtain their GED.Curriculum (Open Entry)
31 instructional weeks or 925 hours(Meets ASE standards)
Contractual Enrollment with Virginia Highlands Community College

Credit toward ASE two years of experience requirement, Refrigerant Recovery and Recycling Procedcures Certification (Mobile Air Conditioning Society), Forklift Operator (American Safety & Health Institute)Potential Occupations
